The ChiliPad is a mattress topper with a microclimate thermostat control system that can cool or heat your bed. Instead of turning up the air-conditioning or the heating for your whole house you can set the desired temperature of your bed so you sleep comfortably all night long.
The ChiliPad regulates the surface temperature of your mattress using soft silicone tubing to circulate regular water through it. A built-in connection tube connects the pad to the control unit which can be used to set the temperature directly or via remote control.
You can set the temperature in 1° increments from 46°F up to 118°F and it heats or cools the water to this level and maintains it throughout the night using a thermostat. Dual-zone ChiliPads have separate tubing and independent control units for each side so you and your partner can both set your ideal temperature. The ChiliPads range in price from $399-999 depending on the size.
